Black Friday is Friday, Nov. 27, 2026, and Small Business Saturday is Nov. 28. Doral’s shopping is spread across an indoor mall, two open-air centers and a busy run of markets. No Doral shopping center had posted Thanksgiving week hours when we checked; this page will carry them as they appear.
Updated Nov. 3: the city has set its tree lighting for Friday, Nov. 20, at Downtown Doral Park and Doral’s Holiday Spectacular for Saturday, Dec. 5; it has not announced a 2026 Holiday Bazaar. Shopping center holiday hours are still not posted.

CityPlace Doral is an open-air center with boutiques, restaurants, a movie theater and bowling, managed by CRC Realty. Management office: (786) 789-9520. Its store directory lists current tenants.
Downtown Doral mixes shops, restaurants and services along NW 53rd Street and NW 87th Avenue next to City Hall. Its directory lists each business with its phone number; the center says hours vary by store.
Small Business Saturday, Nov. 28
Small Business Saturday falls on Nov. 28. The Downtown Doral directory is the easiest place to find independent shops near City Hall, and the Doral Chamber of Commerce lists its member businesses. If your Doral store is running a Small Business Saturday event, tell us and we will add it.
Holiday markets
- Downtown Doral Art Festival, Saturday and Sunday, Nov. 14-15, 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. on 53rd Street: more than 60 artists, live art, food and drinks, kids’ activities. Admission is free and pets are welcome.
- Sunday Market at CityPlace Doral, every Sunday through December. It relaunched Sept. 20 with local vendors from 2 to 8 p.m.
- Food Truck Friday, CityPlace Doral, 6 to 10 p.m. on the third Friday of the month: Nov. 20 and Dec. 18. Free entry.
- City Holiday Bazaar: in 2025 the city held its Holiday Bazaar, with artisan gifts, live music and inflatables, on Saturday, Nov. 22, 4 to 8 p.m. at Downtown Doral Park. The city’s 2026 call for performers lists only the tree lighting (Nov. 20) and Doral’s Holiday Spectacular (Dec. 5); no 2026 bazaar had been announced by Nov. 3.

Parking and getting there
- Downtown Doral street parking (NW 54th Street to south of NW 52nd Street, NW 79th to NW 87th Avenue) is paid through the PayByPhone or ParkMobile apps, and Doral residents can enroll for a discounted rate, according to the city’s parking page.
- Downtown Doral’s garages and paved lots are reserved for retail visitors, and cars may not stay overnight, the center’s visit page says.
- CityPlace Doral parking is free for the first two hours all day Monday to Thursday and on Friday before 6 p.m., according to Novecento’s CityPlace page.
- Doral Trolley: runs on the Friday after Thanksgiving but not on Thanksgiving Day, per its holiday schedule. The free Freebee ride service runs until midnight on Fridays and Saturdays.
The city had posted no Black Friday traffic plan when we checked. In December, the city has warned of road closures around the G20 Leaders’ Summit at Trump National Doral on Dec. 14-15; see our road construction and closures guide.
