Fireworks at home

Florida law allows consumer fireworks on three designated holidays: New Year’s Day, Independence Day and New Year’s Eve, under section 791.08 of the Florida Statutes. A homeowners association can still enforce a ban written into a recorded covenant, but its board cannot make new rules to take away that right.
