Doral has no long greenway of its own; its walking and running routes are the paths inside its city parks. The best-equipped is Doral Central Park, with a lakeside path, a nature boardwalk and an indoor walking track. Most other parks have a walk and run path, and several add outdoor exercise stations.

Doral Central Park

The city’s largest park has “scenic lake views” and wide green spaces, the city says. Its features include:

  • a walk and run path and exercise stations
  • a nature boardwalk and a fishing pier, both open from park opening until sunset
  • a kayak launch with a self-serve rental kiosk, also open until sunset
  • an indoor walking track at the community center, useful on hot or rainy days

Hours: 6 a.m. to 9 p.m. Monday to Friday, 8 a.m. to 9 p.m. Saturday and 8 a.m. to sunset Sunday. The vehicle entrance is on NW 92nd Avenue.

Hours elsewhere

Doral Glades, Doral Legacy, Morgan Levy and Doral Meadow parks open at 7 a.m. Monday to Friday and 8 a.m. on weekends and close at 9 p.m., with a sunset or 8 p.m. close on Sunday. Trails & Tails, White Course and Downtown Doral parks open at 7 a.m. daily. Each park’s page lists its exact hours, and several list a lightning alarm.
